This focused spell requires the mage to select a stone from the area he wishes to know about. He must then draw a face on the stone, complete with eyes, ears, nose, and mouth (or else the stone will not be able to tell what it saw, heard, and smelled). He then places the stone in its original resting place. The stone will tell the mage about everything which it has “seen” recently (within the last day). The stone has a Perception equal to the Effect Value, and the range of its senses is the same.
